Configure VPN for mobile data

I bought my daughter a Shark phone, inserted the Fizz SIM card with a plan, followed the steps on the website to configure a VPN, and I still have no mobile data. I need to fix this soon; it's extremely urgent to be able to communicate with her.

    Thank you for explaining your situation to us.
     I assume you are asking about the APN configuration of your phone since Shark phones usually use Android. To configure your Fizz APN settings, you must follow these steps: Go to your phone's Settings → SIM cards & mobile networks → your SIM → Access Point Names (APN).
    The Fizz APN are: 
    APN: mobile.bm
    MMSC: http://mms.mobile.bm
    MMS proxy: mmsproxy.mobile.bm
    MMS port: 80
    APN type: default,mms,supl
