We are sorry for the issue encountered.
You can check your data usage on your Fizz account, under My plans, Usage, Daily usage.
Some applications, native or not, can use your mobile data in the background. You can also check your mobile data usage directly via your phone.
I kindly inform you that under your rewarding program, you have many perks of data received as a gift from Fizz that can be used until your monthly cycle renews.
You can find them under My benefizz, My rewards, My perks.

Data rolls over for two months maximum. It may be that some of the data you lost is older than that. For example, if you accumulated data in January, you have until March to use it and then it is lost.

Did you turn off data at home? Maybe you use data when the wifi not covered in your home.
