Trying to activate a benefit of 10GB data from my rewards and getting CrmGatewayImpl Error

It's been 3 days now, i am out of data and trying to use a reward of 10GB data, but i keep getting CrmGatewayImpl#submitAndFetchOrder Response is null error everytime i try it, had a chat with an agent who opened a ticket but nothing yet. I really need some data as i am out of it until my new plan kicks in about 7 days.
Can someone help with a workaround for this error.

    Maybe try to clear the cash/cookies of your browser and try it in Incognito mode.

    I have already done that - Cleared cache and cookies, tried incognito mode, also tried 3 different browsers. still running into the same error.

    Unfortunately, there is currently no workaround that would allow you to use the perk without encountering this error message.
    Our team has already escalated the issue to our technical department, and they are actively working on a resolution. As soon as the matter is resolved, you will receive an email with the details of your support ticket.
