Hi there, I only used the service for approximately 17 days and used less than 50% data. I have now cancelled the service and looking for a partial refund.

The 15 days of the trial period (or 30 days for members with an approved Proof of disability);
50% of the data included in your monthly plan (unless you are a member with an approved Proof of disability).

If this period is exceeded, the refund will no longer be granted, as the trial period will have ended and the cancellation is not immediate.
