Wifi connection down around Vendome area?

The wifi has been down around Vendome area for the whole day. Chatted with a representative and they couldn’t identify it therefore offered to make a technician appointment. Later got an email about appt being cancelled because it’s an area wide issue. But no more details of when connection will be back or how long.
