Adds-on For Calling to Iran
I purchased an add-on last week for calling Iran and paid $10 for 60 minutes. However, due to the situation, I was unable to speak with my family. Today, I received a text saying that I need to purchase an add-on to make calls, which is confusing because I was not able to use the minutes at all, and now it appears the add-on has expired.
Please let me know what went wrong and how this can be resolved.

I have verified the account and the add-on did not expire, it is active for 51 more days, however, it appears that the add-ons was consumed. You have no available minutes left to make a call.
