You have activated a mobile line, it was your first plan, and you deactivated in the first 15 days, which is the trial period, you are eligible for a refund. You can see more about this here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/unsubscribe
I have verified the account and the refund was processed on today, January 11th. The amount is going to be posted in your bank account in a few business days. You can verify the refund in your Fizz account by going to My Settings > Transaction History. To receive your refund you must not have exceeded:
The 15 days of the trial period (or 30 days for members with an approved Proof of disability);50% of the data included in your monthly plan (unless you are a member with an approved Proof of disability).
The limit of one (1) trial period refund per account per year.
