Ive sinced rebooted modem multiple times (usually that works), followed fizz chat instructions to set use cloudfare's DNS, lights etc...

No success, located in Plateau Mtl

Any help appreciated.

    I am sorry for the situation encountered.

    Verifying your modem in our tools, it appears as online and providing a proper speed.

    Also, all the modem signals are within the limits.

    Please restart your devices too, disconnect them from the modem an reconnect them using the network password.
