Lights on my Wifi Modem are not turning on and some are flashing on and off.

I have installed my modem per instructions included in the delivery. The coaxial and power cord are plugged in. I have waited more than 15 minutes but the lights are sometimes on and off, only the power light stays on fully. The lights have never flashed in the correct configuration as detailed by the instructions. How can I fix this? Thanks.

    I am sorry to hear that. 

    Following my verification your modem is offline. Could you please make sure that the cables don’t show any sign of damage? Also, please restart your modem by unplugging its power cable, allow it 10 more seconds, then plug it back in a different electrical outlet if possible, not a bar or an extender.
