Pay per use rate for UAE

The travel add-on for UAE only has data. Can you use text or voice in UAE? What is the rate?

We kindly inform you that in UAE we only provide roaming data, you can see the options under My plans, Manage, Travel Add ons, Data.
To be able to use roaming data there, you need to buy a Travel Add on for data.

Looks like there's no add-on nor monthly plan coverage for UAE, except for data.

If nobody on the forum happens to know, all you can do is wait until you get there. Pay-per-use rates are not advertised by Fizz. Roaming is obviously possible as evidenced by there being a data plan for the UAE. Once you get there and your phone starts roaming there, you get an email and/or text message with the pay-per-use rates. Provided, your Fizz plan is registered in Ontario or Québec and you have the wallet feature available to you. Incoming texts are always free.
