I am trying to get a new eSIM issued for my new phone. I have gone to My Plans -> Select My Plan -> Manage My Plan -> Request an eSIM -> Verify my address -> Input my CC details.
Then I get stuck. I click next and the screen just refreshes. No sign that anything has actually happened.
When I go back to My Plans -> Manage My Plan, I look through all of the options / links but there is no option to get my eSIM.
I made this request last Friday and have received no reply. Making it again today hoping to get some support.
Thanks in advance for your assistance

    Hi,
You can try using private browsing and disabling browser add-ons, some people report it helps with website issues.

Tried all of the above and am not using a VPN and - I can't get past step 4.
I'm currently working with a member of your support team. Hopefully they can resolve the issue.

I've tried this both with Firefox and Chrome with no success.
Hopefully your support person can help.
