Activation pending
I didn't even receive port message from FIDO. Please let me know why my activation is still pending.

I am sorry to hear about the delay.
The reason you haven't received the authorization text from Fido yet is that the transfer hasn't been officially 'triggered' on the network.
To get things moving, you just need to launch the request from your Fizz account. Here is the quick fix:
Log into your Fizz account.
Go to My plans > Manage plan > Install my eSIM.
Click the button that says 'Start the transfer'.
Once you click that, Fido will send the authorization text to your original Fido SIM card.
Make sure that SIM is in a phone and powered on so you can reply 'YES' to approve the move.
After you reply, your Fizz service should activate within a few hours!
