Voicemail won't enter when call comes from Mexico

Hi
My voicemail works when someone calls me from Canada but when someone calls me from Mexico and I don't pickup, the call will keep ringing and the voicemail won't start. Can you look into it?

    I am sorry to hear that.

    I have verified the account and you do not have a travel add-on that includes the country you want to be called from—in your case, Mexico, you won’t be able to receive calls from abroad. This is because your plan’s included coverage does not allow incoming calls outside the covered area.

    For the same reason, you’re also unable to listen to voicemails for calls made from abroad. Since the call cannot connect or be registered on the network, the voicemail is not properly recorded or accessible.
