International call

I just took 60 minutes in US and I tried to call, in US one hour later it is still locked.

Any idea why ?

    Restarting your phone might solve the problem

    Verify your phone is compatible with Fizz VoLTE. Without VoLTE, you won't be able to make calls in the US.

    You need the International Call Addon for that. 60 minutes for $6. As previously pointed out, make sure it shows as active in your account.

    There has to be a tile for it there which shows minutes and days left.

    I have verified your account and can confirm that you have purchased a Travel Add-On, which can be used while you are traveling and using roaming services.

    Please note that since you are currently in Canada and your plan includes regional coverage (not Canada + U.S. coverage), you are not able to place calls to the U.S. from Canada using your current plan.

    To be able to call the U.S. while in Canada, you will need to purchase an International Calls Add-On. The International calls Add-Ons are useful if you need to make international calls occasionally to countries not covered by your monthly plan. You can purchase as many International calls Add-ons as you need.
