New rebate plans are for new users only ?

Not sure if i’m posting this in the right place …

Anyway , I saw new rebate (promo) plans for 3 months , can’t find the fine print , tried to change plan to get the promo but doesn’t work .

Are these promos for new users only ?

    Someone commented that you can get that promotion with a new plan, not only a new user but not with an already active plan. I haven't tested it myself.

    This offer is available in the West of Quebec (provinces outside Quebec) and in Quebec, with the following conditions until January 5th inclusively:

    West of Quebec (outside Quebec): 50% discount for 3 months
    Quebec: 25% discount for 3 months

    This promotion applies only to new plans. This can be an existing customer who creates a new mobile plan, or a completely new customer who transfers their number or activates a SIM card with Fizz.
