I get 1000 UK minutes every month

I get 1000 UK minutes every month, I have tried several times to actually use this add on and I am being told that "Your current plan did not allow you to complete this call. Please buy an Add-On" As I said I already have this add on and have had it for months. So I am paying for something I can't even use! How can this be fixed?

    We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered with the international calls. 
    After verifying in our tools, we noticed that, indeed, this is included in your monthly plan therefore you should be able to use it. 
    If you are encountering issues, you can try some manipulations to see if it will fix the situation. 
    Please try to restart the phone in order to allow it to reauthenticate to network. 
    Also, turn Airplane mode On for a few seconds, then Off. 
    Since it is a long distance call  make sure you dial the number and the area code correctly.
