Keep trying, I had that problem.
I think you can right click on the upgrade to activate it.0 -
Did you reach Reward Level 5 or higher? Additional upgrade slots will only become available as you progress in your reward levels. 2nd slot at level 3, third slot at level 5.

Thank you for your post.
After making the necessary verifications into our tools, we noticed that all three of your slots are unlocked, however for the third one, there is currently an upgrade in "Pending removal" status.
This means that, the removal will be completed at the ending of the current payment cycle and you will be able to apply a new one starting with your following cycle.
For the moment, you cannot interfere in this process since the system is automatic therefore this is why you are unable to make any modifications.
