I’m really sorry to hear about your situation.
To help secure your account, I recommend updating the password for your Fizz account and then logging in to block the SIM card and phone (if the device was purchased from us or linked to your account).
You can reset your Fizz password by going to Fizz.ca/login and clicking on “Forgot password”. You’ll receive a link to create a new one. More details are available here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-doIf you no longer remember the password to your Gmail account and cannot access the reset link, please contact us through live chat and request an email change to a valid address (one that does not use a Proton domain).
