I have a port request stuck since yesterday at 7:41PM. The previous request was blocked due to a port lock, which my previous provider has now removed. The current request was submitted with IMEI instead of account number which the previous carrier has confirmed cannot generate the SMS. I need this escalated to the porting support team to cancel the current request so I can resubmit it with my account number. Ive spoken with 4-5 different chat agents all of which have been unhelpful. The previous provider has said that the request needs to be cancelled by fizz and an LSR needs to be manually resubmitted.
