How to change forum username, 2025? [UNSOLVED]
Reposting because previous question went UNSOLVED and thread was closed.
The answers I found are all from 2022, so asking in 2025:
How to change my forum username?
Change button is greyed out when I go to account settings.
WRONG answer: messaging Fizz support just got them to tell me "I would like to inform you that we don't have access to your forum username. If you want to change it you can do it in your side."
WRONG answer: cannot "communicate with @Whizz moderator in private" there is no message or DM option on the profile.

Please read my post. https://fizz.ca/en/support is WRONG because they cannot access your username.

As @Bois_3ISKD informed already, this change can only be done from Fizz, I have left you a private message to provide us the new user name in order to change it.
