How do we have Fizz correct an invoicing error ?
My credit card was ran multiple times by Fizz.

    I am sorry to hear you have experienced issues with your invoices. 

    I have verified the account and noticed there are charges on the account in the month of October that need investigating. In this regard, I have opened the (#375461) ticket for our technical team in order to find a solution for your situation. You will now be contacted via email to receive updates regarding your ticket.
