No 5G on iPhone 15 Pro with Fizz + Frequent Signal Drops in Vancouver
I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro on Fizz and I’m not getting any 5G signal at all. Does anyone know why this might happen or how to properly enable/configure 5G on iPhones with Fizz?
I’m also losing signal in many areas around Vancouver, even in places where I would expect solid coverage. Does anyone know what could be causing this or if there are known coverage issues in the city?

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I want to inform you that Fizz doesn't offer a 5G connection at the moment. However, our 4G/LTE network should provide a stable connection, especially in the area mentioned.
The most important thing that you have to make sure is that your phone selects the Fizz mobile network automatically. You can follow these steps: Settings → Operators → Automatic
Also, please make sure that your phone is updated to the latest iOS version available. If you already have the latest version, please restart your phone.

You cannot. Fizz is an LTE/3G-only network at this time. And 3G will die sooner or later.
