Fuzz support chat not initiating

Hello all,
I have tried two different browsers and private mode attempts, to start a support chat.
Using the latest iPad iOS.
Any other ideas or perhaps the support chat is down?

    There a spike of problem today on downdetector for Fizz and I see few post of people having trouble with Fizz website today, I recommend waiting until tomorrow if you can.

    If something is urgent, you can open a case yourself. Go to Settings -> Obtaining satisfaction -> Step 2

    There has been a few bugs with website today, I'd wait a while and try again.

    Facebook messenger WhatsApp etc possible too to join Fizz.
