Plan rebate not credited - chat not working
Hello,
I should be asking this on the chat, but somehow, it is not working (help-support-start chat). I tried two different machines to no avail. Am I the only one with this probem?
I purchased a phone from Fizz this summer that had a plan rebate attached to it. I am still being charged the full amount. Have others had problems with this (or with the chat)?

We are sorry to hear about the situation encountered.
I investigated your account and I can see that there are some issues with how your phone order is displayed. As the order appears to be still in progress, the discount was never applied. Because of this I escalated a ticket to our technical team. You can see it in your Fizz account under My settings > My tickets.
Regarding the issues accessing the chat, I recommend trying to log into your Fizz account using an incognito/private browser window. If the issue persists, please send us a private message with more details.
