Cannot sent text msgs after activation

I have install and activated esim and transfered my number to fizz.

Everything works except sending text messages. I can receive them but not send.

I followed everything from:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/i-cant-send-or-receive-text-messages

How can I resolve this issue?

    Turn off any iMessage and/or RCS service that is active on your phone, so it'll fall back onto the classic Short Message Service. See if that works. Also, make sure you have an unlimited texting plan, a text addon or funds in your Fizz wallet. Otherwise, you can't expect outgoing texts to work :wink:
