pending reactivation

I'm currently stuck in this loop where, my services never git back after 12 hours.
I contacted support, they opened my ticket (actually they put three, go figure). No long after, two of my tickets showed "in progress" but even after three days...there's nothing happening.
I contacted support three time allready and they basically tell me nothing.
Furst one said "oh wait 24 hours and it should be solved".
Second said (after 24hrs) "oh it can take 24 up to 48hrs then it'll be solved".
Third one finally ended up saying "well it's the week-end so...we'll contact you via e-mail when it's done.
My question is this: "why not be more transparent from the start? And why having these tickets showing they're being handled "at the time" when there's nobody actually, working on my case?
