Verifying your account, you have subscribed on November 3rd, 2:10 AM.
In order to receive the 4 perks of 10 Gb each the condition you should have subscribed until November 2nd 11:59:59 p.m.
For any given week's gift, the account must be active at 11:59:59 p.m. (Eastern Time, ET) on the Sunday preceding said week.

Hi Simona,
I activated my account on November 2nd (Pacific Time, BC). A Fizz agent assured me the bonus was coming a few weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. This is quite disappointing.
