I have recently received calls from random numbers and saying that they received a call from my number. I didn’t call anyone and checked the call history as well.
Did anyone faced this issue?
I am worried if my phone number is hacked 🥺

    Hi @suresh0704
With the number spoofing it is easy to use a random number in this case is yours, I don't think that you have been hacked

Your number just been spoofed. Your account fine and unlikely that you have been hacked. It's just a pain getting unwanted calls. It will last anywhere from a few days to few months till they try spoofing someone else number. I had mine spoof for a few days that I know about and my niece got call for over a month before they stopped.

I understand, but it might be an option if you ever want to find an explanation.

    Hello @suresh0704 ,

We are sorry for the issue encountered.
This usually happens when your phone number has been spoofed as @elena code xzi4t and @Rastin said earlier.
Scammers use software to fake (spoof) caller IDs, making it look like their call is coming from your number. Your phone, SIM, and account are not compromised.
Scammers never get access to your line — they only fake your number on their own calls.
The safest action is to ignore calls from unknown numbers or numbers claiming to have received a call from you.
Thank you for your kind understanding.
    Have a great day.

Or you might have a phone number that's a digit apart from a business that calls a lot of persons.

It appends to one of my friends who ends up having almost the same phone number as an escort agency in the 90s. He really gots a lot of calls before he could change his number.

Or you append to have a phone number that is similar to some business that leaves messages to lots of people.

Have you asked the caller to confirmed the number they tried to dialled ?
