I made the necessary verifications in our tools and your modem appears to be currently online with optimal signals. However, I can see that it was disconnected for a short period a bit earlier.
I recommend restarting your modem by unplugging the power cord for a few seconds, if you didn't do this already.

Unplug your modem from wall, look if coaxial cable is well screwed
Contact tech support they look if coaxial signal is ok
