Is anyone else having an issue earning the first Dinosaur Badge "1st Month"?

I'm into my third month now with my plan, but still haven't earned this badge yet.

    I see a lot of post and comments about this problem, I have it myself. Maybe Fizz should look at the code, I suspect the referral bonus causing the issue, my is 1.5 years and I don’t have the 6 month badge yet!
