Shout out to the Fizz support team
I see that the Fizz support team gets bashed when things don't go the way of a customer, or the wait is too long.
This morning, I started a chat with the chat bot and was "transferred" to a customer service representative.
I had to leave before the representative came on line. I was gone for several hours and could not watch the chat.
I came home and a ticket has been issued and the issue resolved all without me interacting any further!

Is the issue easy to resolved? I need explain a lot to let them create a ticket and wait for several weeks to get it resolved.

Good morning.
I don’t know if it was easy to resolve, but my situation was I bought a new phone from Fizz a couple of billing cycles ago, which was supposed to reduce my monthly plan by half, but I was still being charged the full price for my plan.
I started the chat with the chat bot by explaining the problem.
The bot “transferred” me to a person, but something came up and I had to leave the chat.
I returned to the chat several hours later and my billing had been corrected without any further input by me.

You are lucky. Somehow I am not… my ticket was opened 2 months back and it is still open without resolution.

I've had good luck with support too.
They seem slow but I always contact them after hours so I expect that.0 -
