I wonder if Fizz can show the reward points transactions for us

I found sometime I missing the points, but I can't find the points transaction records in my account.

    Unfortunately it's a long story. It was asked multiple times but we were always ignored.

    I am often missing points as well. When I am contacting a @Whizz, they always replying to be patient 🤷🏼‍♂️.

    Badges are also frequently not awarded as advertised. While you can always contact support, state your case, and they will award them manually for that particular case, it is frustrating having to do that over and over again.

    Would be nice if Fizz would fix the underlying problem, however, there seems to be very little effort.

    For example, I just contacted them just recently because a number of months of me being a member did not get counted for my 6 months badge. They awarded the badge manually, but I can already see that the same number of months missing from my 1 year badge now. So, when my first anniversary comes around in a few months, I will most likely have to contact them again :(

    1.5 year with Fizz and still have not unlock the 6 month badge. Im not wasting my and support time for just 200pts, but yeah there a bug for sure.

    Reading this forum, so many peoples have the issue with age badge. Currently I see Fizz handling the issue one by one, but if it affect so many people they should look at fixing the code. I suspect referral bonus affecting this.

    Perhaps if they outsourced the creation of their online infrastructure, maybe that'd explain the problem o:)

    We need to get points with replies too :p
