I am not able to connect my modem or install it I did factory reset and everything but no luck

Need help to install modem we have been trying so bad to install it but it doesn’t work

    I made the necessary verifications in our tools and I can see that your modem is currently offline. There are a few different factors that can cause this, so I will provide some troubleshooting steps.

    Firstly, please make sure that the coaxial cable is properly screwed at both ends and make sure that you are not using an extension cord or power brick for your modem's connection.

    Also, in case you have multiple coaxial outlet available, please try connecting your modem to a different one.

    Maybe your coaxial cable or outlet is not functional. Do you have another one in your apartment? If you tried everything and it's still doesn't work, you need to reach out to the customer service to send a technician.
