Phone number transfer is stuck

Hi everyone,

I recently requested to transfer my number to Fizz. I got this message on the forum:

“Reply to the transfer authorization 2025-10-21 06:52 PM. Your current provider sent a text message to your number. You have 90 minutes to reply YES to authorize its transfer.”

However, I never received this text message. My old eSIM has already been replaced by my new Fizz SIM, and I can make calls and use data without issues.

I tried contacting Chatr, but they said they never received a transfer request. I’m not sure what to do next to complete the number transfer.

Has anyone experienced this before or know how I should proceed?

    Hello ohhershey,

    I verified your account and I can see that the original transfer request has failed because you didn't reply to the authorization request in time. 

    Also, I can see that you managed to submit a new transfer request about 30 minutes ago. As you mentioned that you already removed your SIM from your previous provider, please contact them in order to approve it manually from their end. Please make sure that you do this as soon as possible so this request doesn't expire as well.
