Internet disconnecting almost daily randomly
My internet is disconnecting almost daily for 5 to 15 minutes. There are some days that there is multiple disconnections... Yesterday I had almost 10 disconnects...
I'm new to Fizz internet. Everything was working fine before when I was with Videotron.
Is there something you can do to fix the problem?

I verified your account and I can see that there are some fluctuations in your internet signals history. There are few different possible causes for this, so I recommend performing the following troubleshooting steps.
Firstly, please disconnect the coaxial cable from both ends and make sure that you screw it back tightly. While you do this, check if the coaxial cable is damaged in any way.
Also, please make sure that you are not using an extension cord or power brick for your modem's connection.
