Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please try to activate the Sim card via another browser using Incognito mode by going to Overview - Add a mobile plan ( if you want to activate a new plan specifically ) and if you are still having issues kindly reach our customer service for further investigations , on chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support
