An error occurs every time I try to activate my sim card.

I have tried on multiple devices, across 3 days and the error notice on the activation page persists. Is there any other way to activate a physical sim without encountering this error?

    Clear your browser cache, try using a private browser, and disable your VPN if you use one.

    Please try to activate the Sim card via another browser using Incognito mode by going to Overview - Add a mobile plan ( if you want to activate a new plan specifically ) and if you are still having issues kindly reach our customer service for further investigations , on chat : https://fizz.ca/en/support
