Can't receive phone calls, can't send or receive SMS... been a month.
I joined Fizz over a month ago, and my mobile number has never worked properly since day one. I cannot receive calls, and I cannot send or receive SMS.
I’ve had three different tickets opened for this same issue. I keep receiving vague updates like “in progress” and “things are moving along,” but nothing has actually changed. A few days ago, I even received a text from Fizz claiming that my text messaging was working correctly — but it’s still not working. I was told its a stuck port. My number is stuck in limbos!
Today, Fizz asked me to buy a new SIM card and install it in my phone. I did exactly that, and I’m still experiencing the exact same issue: no calls, no SMS.
It has now been over a month without a functioning mobile service, I have been VERY patient. I need a real solution and a clear timeline, not more delays. Please, don't close this discussion and tell me to contact support... I have been in contact with support numerous times, and do exactly as they say, every time. I now want to know if the technical team can actually solve the issue..
