I can't make calls or send text messages
Now, I have an iphone 11 which is compatible with voLTE and esim according to the fizz website. I went the free esim way when I signed up.
I turned on data roaming in the states and have left it on. imessage works perfectly, but when I receive regular text messages I cannot respond to them. I tried calling #8378 and the call won't go through. I can't call my husbands iphone either.
What do I do? When I go to Settings > Cellular > Voice + Data my ony options are LTE or 3G so I have it on LTE. I don't have a voLTE option to turn on. Does this mean it's not actually voLTE compatible even though it says my iphone 11 is on the fizz list?
Any Insight is greatly appreciated as I was very excited about this plan but obviously I need it to work properly if i'm going to stay!

Try to reset network settings

You can try to disable automatic network enrollment and choose Fizz or Fizz EXT from manual selection menu.
You can also toggle airplane mode for a minute to try and auto enrol in network.
