Thank you for letting us know about this situation.
I verified your mobile plan and I can see that everything is in order on our end. As you recently transferred your number to Fizz, please restart your phone and make sure that you have the latest iOS/Android version installed.
Also, please make sure that you are using the native messaging application for your phone model.
If the issue persists, please make sure that you didn't reach maximum capacity for messages storage. The process for deleting text conversations can vary from one phone to another. Here are two examples:Android: Messages → Touch the message for a few seconds → Delete
iPhone: Messages → Modify → Select a message → Delete

Are you android or iphone? Maybe your number is not registred with iMessage

If you're switching from an iPhone, make sure that you've deactivated iMessage for your number.

For me with iPhone no data no message. Probably sms work.
