Fizz TV app crashing every 3 minutes to 1hr, on Google TV Streamer and Android TV.

Does anyone here is having the Fiz z TV app crashing every 30 minutes or every hour!
I Ask that because this problem is happening to me when using the TV app on my Google TV streamer.
I contacted the support people and their solution is to uninstall the app and reinstall it, which doesn’t do anything.

They say that there is no issues with the app so they will do nothing.
So I wonder how many people is having this problem and also I would like to know how many people is having their internet throttled at certain time during the day, because it is happening to me too.
Something is going on with Fizz and I don’t like it even if they say that they don’t do internet throttling .

Also the agent is saying that there is new app update but there is none, The same version when I uninstall and reinstall it..

I hoe they find a solution soon!

    I checked your internet connection and I can see some small fluctuations. This means that is is possible that your TV app is crashing if the internet is disconnecting.
