I have used two 500mg gifts. I recently checked out my mobile bill and noticed that I was charged $1.60 for each 500mg “gift”. Please check your bills. Fizz is ripping you off.

    Must be something else, do you have a wallet, maybe you use more and it take the data from the wallet

    There is no charge for the gifts. If it is the case you should contact the support team.

    I am sorry for the issue encountered.

    Verifying your account, there is no charge on your last mobile receipt related to the 500 Mb reward. The rewards are free, they are a gift from Fizz, you are not charged for them.

    To check that please access My settings, Transaction history.
