IMEI wrong number under "my phones" does it matter?
Hello, I noticed looking under my phones in my account that the phone model is correct but the IMEI is not correct. Does that matter at all? I'm assuming maybe for porting purposes but I've only ever used an account number for doing that and never known if it would have been an issue.

I have never checked that,
How can we check our IMEI NUMBERS1 -
It doesn't really matter. You can try to remove your SIM card and reinsert it, this should trigger the update.

Mine never show my samsung a15 I have tried other phones ands it changes to them but if I try my samsung it just stays at whatever phone was last used. Its never been a problem so I would not worry about it.

I meant that I have two IMEIs on the same phone: one for the SIM and another for the eSIM.

Hello @Flames89 ,
In a lot of cases it really doesn`t matter but if you might want to transfer your number to another provider or if you want to send the network settings to your phone once again these details actually matter - so having the correct IMEI of the device in your Fizz account for such cases does count.
If removing the Sim card and adding it again, or testing the Sim card in a new device and back in the other device does not update the IMEI , kindly reach our customer service on chat to help resolve the issue.
Have a good one,
