How to get detailed usage for data?

Hi All, just ran into an issue where i see on Sept 28th, i blew through roughly 4 GB of data in a single day. I was at home that day and on Wi-Fi so this caught me off guard. I tried to go to my usage details and i only see a small chart with grey bars. Even on a daily basis the bars don't specify how much i used.

With other providers, i can get a detail breakdown by minute which tells me how much MB i spent at any time in the day. Having this level of breakdown allows me to understand when the bulk of my usage occurred and if it makes sense.

Is there anywhere else i can get this information? Maybe i'm looking at the wrong place.

    This is essentially it. You do see your daily usage at the bottom of each bar. That tells you how much data you used on any given day. There is no more detailed breakdown from Fizz, however, you do have functionality on your phone that breaks your data usage down on a per-app basis. Hopefully, that will help to identify how you burned through that 4 gigs of data.

    I have verified the usage for both numbers on your account, and I cannot see any daily usage reaching 4GB. To get a more detailed view of your data consumption, please check your usage by day by following these steps:

    Log in to your account.
    Go to My Plans , on the plan click on Usage.
    Click on Daily Usage to see a detailed breakdown.

    You can then compare this information with the usage reported on your mobile phone. Depending on whether you have an iOS or Android device, here are the steps: 

    For iOS:
    Open the Settings app.
    Tap Cellular or Mobile Data.
    Scroll down to see data usage for the current period.

    For Android:
    Open the Settings app.
    Tap Network & Internet > Data Usage.
    View your data usage for the day or billing cycle.
