    Since we are using Videotron lines:

    Major outage reported
    Monday, September 29, 2025, 7:30 AM
    An optical fibre break could cause an interruption of telecommunications services for certain customers.

    Videotron teams are mobilized to intervene as quickly as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
