Probably there's a maintenance in your sector. A @Whizz can confirm maybe.

Unplug your modem for 1 minute and plug it back in.
Otherwise, contact support to check your signal.

    Hello @itova ,

Our systems confirm that there is a temporary service interruption in your area due to maintenance work, which is affecting your internet connection.
Our technicians are already informed and are working to restore the service as quickly as possible. At this time, we don’t have an estimated resolution time, but you can monitor the status using the "@" light on your modem:

Flashing "@" light – The modem is in the process of reconnecting to the Fizz network.

Solid "@" light – The connection has been re-established. Once this happens, please restart your modem to ensure your service is fully restored.

For additional information, you can consult point 2 of this FAQ: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/my-internet-service-not-working-what-do-i-do

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

    Have a nice day!
