Sorry to hear about the issue.
Please check if your phone is compatible first by dialing #TEST (#8378) - some phones even if they show as compatible on our website : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices can still be bought from non-Canadian markets so it`s best to check further.If the device is compatible, please reset your phone`s network settings - restart the phone and test the service once again.
Android: Settings / System / Reset options / Reset cellular network settings
(may vary depending on the manufacturer)
iOS: Settings / General / Transfer or Reset iPhone / Reset / Reset Network Settings
