Horrible LTE Data all of a Sudden

Anybody else's LTE data gotten very slow and unstable in the last months, in smaller cities around the nation's capital? It used to be much better before the 3g drop but my phone support LTE fine, so it's got to be related to LTE. I've never had an issue in my area and I've been with Fizz for YEARS!! Other companies appear to have no issues. I'm starting to feel a bit robbed. I'm getting speeds around 371 Kb/S!!. What?! And before you tell me to do all the tricks.... I have.

    Sorry to hear about the issue.
    Please check if your phone is compatible first by dialing #TEST (#8378) - some phones even if they show as compatible on our website : https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices can still be bought from non-Canadian markets so it`s best to check further.

    If the device is compatible, please reset your phone`s network settings - restart the phone and test the service once again.

    Android: Settings / System / Reset options / Reset cellular network settings

    (may vary depending on the manufacturer)

    iOS: Settings / General / Transfer or Reset iPhone / Reset / Reset Network Settings
