Hello Fizz Support,

I purchased a new SIM card ($5.25) on 7th Sep., but I didn't receive it till now. I have not been able to use the service at all.

Since I paid for a service that I could not use due to a delivery issue, I would like a full refund for the SIM card. If a full refund is not possible, I would at least expect a refund for the undelivered SIM card.

    I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive the SIM card ordered.

    I want to inform you that we have a few options since the SIM was not delivered to you. For example, we could send a new SIM card if you are interested.
