RE HELP with Duplicate Monthly Pre-authorized Payments

Thank you for letting us know about this.
I verified your account and I can see that you are only charged once for your monthly payment. You can see this in your Fizz account under My settings > Transaction history.
If you have multiple charges associated to your payment method, please check if you have any other Fizz accounts with active plans. Also, make sure that you didn't give your card details to any family member or friend to use for their account.
