Hello @GabZilla_93
Thank you for letting us know about this.
I want to inform you that Fizz internet service requires a coaxial connection and not an RJ11(telephone jack).
If you want to have an appointment scheduled in order to have a coaxial outlet installed, you can do this directly through the subscribe flow. Make sure that you select the VIP installation when you create your internet plan. You can open your internet plan directly from your Fizz account under My plans section.
You can find more information on this topic here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
If you have any more questions do not hesitate to reach out.
Have a good one!

The technician must install everything what is necessary - socket, cable, modem, etc.

Hi, this is not a telephone jack but a coaxial one. Contact Fizz to order an installation.
