I forgot to press start transfer after activating my eSIM now I never received a text from koodo

    You must leave your old SIM card (old provider) in your phone to receive the text message.

    Is the option to Start Transfer no longer there? Otherwise, why don't you just start is now?
    As Bois mentioned, you have to have your old sim card online to receive and reply to the transfer confirmation text
